Terms and Conditions of Service

By logging into, accessing, or using the Eduportal Web Portal, Eduportal Mobile Application, or Computer-Based Testing (CBT) System ("the Service"), operated by Platform Innovations Limited ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a school, educational institution, or government agency, you represent and warrant that you possess full administrative authority to bind that institution to these Terms.

Eduportal provides a comprehensive School Management System (SMS) and Computer-Based Testing engine enabling educational institutions to:

• Manage student registration, session information, and academic class assignments.
• Deliver online and offline CBT examinations, quizzes, and continuous assessment tests.
• Automate grade computation, terminal report card generation, and SMS score delivery.
• Process online fee payments and central billing synchronization (CBS).

Users—including Students, Teachers, School Administrators, and Parents—are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials:

• Credential Confidentiality: You are strictly responsible for preserving the secrecy of your login password, access PINs, and registration numbers.
• Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify school administrators or Eduportal support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account Transferability: Accounts issued to students or staff are non-transferable and may not be shared with external third parties.

When interacting with the Eduportal platform, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited acts:

• Attempting to bypass security protocols, reverse engineer, or hack into the Eduportal database infrastructure.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or scripts designed to interrupt system operations.
• Impersonating another student, instructor, or administrator.
• Scraping or harvesting personal data of students or teachers without written authorization.

All software code, database design, AI PDF reading engines, user interfaces, logos, and trademarks associated with Eduportal belong exclusively to Platform Innovations Limited.

School portal subscriptions, SMS notification packages, and online transaction fees are billed according to institutional contracts or published fee schedules.

Eduportal strives to provide 99.9% uptime and reliable data sync. However, Platform Innovations Limited shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions caused by internet ISP outages, local power failures, or unannounced emergency maintenance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
